DATILA Solutions (“DATILA”, “we”, “us”) operates from Nungua, Accra, Ghana. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of individuals and business entities interacting with our digital platform, products (including DIGRENCO, GHNADMO, TUSKERPAY, DELTA FLASH), and the DATILA Academy.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Identity Data: Full name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp enabled), provided when registering an account, submitting a software quote request, or enrolling in DATILA Academy.
Transactional Information: Payment reference IDs, authorization statuses, and timestamps processed securely via Paystack. We do not store raw credit card numbers or Mobile Money PINs on our servers.
Technical & System Telemetry: Anonymized event logs, device categories, and page views gathered without third-party surveillance trackers.

3. How We Use Collected Data

We process collected data exclusively to deliver agreed software engineering services, execute Academy lessons, coordinate project proposals, and maintain platform security.
