1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the DATILA Solutions digital platform (www.datila.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access the platform.
2. Product Demos & Prototype Telemetry
Interactive product demos on this platform (including DIGRENCO, GHNADMO, TUSKERPAY, and DELTA FLASH) are demonstration environments designed to showcase architecture and operational workflows. Demos run on synthetic data and do not represent live civic or law enforcement dispatches unless deployed under a dedicated client SLA.
3. DATILA Academy Lessons & Bookings
Private 1-on-1 mentorship bookings through DATILA Academy are scheduled in coordination with the engineering team. Payment references are verified server-side through Paystack before lesson confirmation.
4. Software Quote Estimates
Calculated quotes generated on this website provide an indicative range based on submitted parameters. A formal binding agreement and technical statement of work (SOW) will be finalized after direct architectural discovery.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
